All requests for donations must be submitted 30 days prior to your donation need/even and must include detailed information about your event/non profit in the form provided below.

We are a local Sioux Falls, SD family owned business and are committed to giving back to our community. Upon receiving your completed information, we will take your request into consideration and let you know if we have chosen to sponsor your event/non profit.
